To Happiness

Were you in the east?
I asked for you there
I looked in the desert
in others, in opulence

In the dazzling deep
I found you with the grouper
We played in a reef
but I need air

You caught me in a potting shed
in mopping tiles
in lacing shoes
in sitting here

I'd see you in the east too
and in all shades or corners
if I perceived
from the heart of me
